Most advanced training stops at theory. At Upright Wellness Center, clinical training happens in a real care environment, alongside real patients with complex needs, and real mentorship from day one.

UWC offers something that doesn't exist anywhere else in the country: collaborative clinical training inside an active care environment. Practitioners learn advanced integrative bodywork techniques while treating veterans and first responders who truly need the specialized care you're developing. Think of it as a teaching hospital model for integrative care - hands-on, supervised, and immediately applicable.

Training at UWC means working directly alongside our founder, Adi Herman, a veteran practitioner with 35+ years of integrative bodywork experience, and a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to doing this work at the highest level.

You'll build hands-on expertise in body-centered modalities rooted in autonomic nervous system regulation, develop advanced assessment and treatment strategies for trauma, chronic pain, and complex stress patterns, and build the clinical confidence that only comes from working with diverse, complex patient presentations.

Our small cohort model ensures you receive individualized attention and ongoing mentorship, not a one-time certification, but a genuine evolution of your practice. As a nonprofit, every course, every patient interaction, and every skill you gain here is grounded in mission-driven, patient-centered care. Your training has immediate impact. If that's the kind of work you're called to do, you're in the right place.

Explore our available courses below. We can't wait to welcome you to the UWC family.
