Experience Care That Honors Your Service.
Military service, firefighting, law enforcement, and emergency response place extraordinary demands on the body, and the toll is real and lasting.
UWC provides no-cost, expert-level integrative care to those who’ve served, while training practitioners in the specialized skills required to deliver that care.
By receiving care here, you’re also part of a model that helps improve care for others who’ve served.
A Different Approach to Your Health
At UWC, we believe every veteran and first responder deserves care that gets to the root of the problem, not just symptom management.
Our practitioners are trained to look beyond surface complaints and identify the underlying causes behind chronic pain, unresolved injuries, sleep disruption, and the cumulative toll of high-stakes service.
Your symptoms didn’t develop in isolation, and they can’t be treated that way either.
What Makes UWC Different
There are more ways to feel better than conventional medicine typically offers. At UWC, we built our model around that belief.
Our practitioners integrate hands-on modalities, cupping therapy, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support to address multiple systems at once and understand the full picture.
Each session includes evaluation, treatment, and a treatment plan which include lifestyle change recommendations to address specific conditions, suggestions for additional medical tests and evaluations, and reducing or modifying medication when appropriate.
Our practitioners are available to help answer questions and give advice when needed. At UWC, we treat the whole person - and build care around that.

Care That Goes Further
UWC's training program pairs veterans and first responders one-on-one with licensed practitioners completing advanced clinical training - at no cost to you. Participation can remain fully anonymous upon request.
You'll receive three dedicated sessions as part of a collaborative, integrative training program, with multiple pathways to continue your care - discounted ongoing sessions with therapists working at/through our facility, or scholarship opportunities for no-cost treatments, as funding allows.
Veterans and first responders who are licensed practitioners are invited to attend our advanced technique classes at no cost, and all veterans and first responders may join our couples cupping class, also complimentary, as a valuable resource for better sleep and stress relief/management.
Your involvement with our program helps practitioners become more effective clinicians and raises the standard of care for every veteran and first responder they serve in the future.
Your Body Tells a Story.
We Help You Understand It.
Our practitioners are trained to listen between the lines. They understand that:
-
Chronic pain often stems from old injuries creating compensation patterns your body has maintained for years
-
Sleep disruption affects your nervous system and recovery capacity
-
Stress and PTSD cannot be separated from physical symptoms - they must be addressed together through integrated treatment
-
Mineral deficiencies may contribute to muscle cramps, sleep issues, and nervous system dysfunction.
-
What's been diagnosed as one condition may actually be your body's response to something else entirely
